One way that HIRTA determines the need for new programs in communities throughout the region is through community surveys. The transit agency is currently conducting one such survey in the city of Newton to determine the possibility of implementing a fixed route transportation system.

Iowa Speedway Fans to Get Glimpse at the Future of IndyCars

Fans are invited to the free Universal Body Kit test on August 10th. This is a free event and open to the public from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT. Viewing will be from the Newton Club, where fans can watch the action from seats overlooking the Start / Finish line.
